Introducing Hearth

The AI that never
leaves your home.

Hearth runs powerful AI models on a quiet box in your living room — private by design, fast on your own network, and still working when the internet isn't.

Why Hearth

Everything a home AI should be.
Nothing it shouldn't.

Private by design

Your voice, photos and documents never leave the house. There is no cloud account, no telemetry and no ads — the hardware has no way to send your data out, because it isn't built to.

Works without internet

Unplug the router and Hearth keeps answering, summarising and organising. Every model runs on the box itself, not in a data centre you can't see.

Fast enough to feel instant

A 40 TOPS neural engine answers everyday questions in under a second. No round-trip to a server, no spinner, no waiting for your words to come back.

Whisper quiet

At 18 decibels, Hearth is quieter than a library and about as loud as the fridge in the next room. Set it on a bookshelf and forget it's there.

One cable, that's all

Plug it in beside your router and it's ready in about four minutes. No apps to install, no setup wizard, no account to create.

Grows with you

New models arrive as small, signed downloads — and you decide which to keep. Your Hearth, your rules, your house.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Yes. Every model runs on the box itself, so the full device works with the router unplugged. The only thing that needs a connection is downloading new models — and that's entirely optional.

There is no cloud account and no telemetry. Voice is processed on the chip inside the mic array, and everything else stays on the box. Hearth has no cellular radio and no way to phone home — the hardware makes it impossible, not just a promise.

Answer questions, summarise long documents, transcribe meetings, control your smart-home devices locally, and search your own files at speed. Which models it runs — and what they're allowed to see — is up to you.

About 18 dB at one metre — quieter than a whisper, roughly the ambient level of a well-insulated room. Most people put it on a shelf and forget it's running.

No. Plug it in and it appears on your network within minutes. You can talk to it from any browser, or use the optional companion app for iOS, Android and desktop if you want a nicer home screen.

Hearth checks for new models only when you tell it to. Downloads are small, signed and verified, and you choose which to keep — old ones are deleted in one tap. Nothing is installed without your say-so.
